MATTEO SHIDRAWI
Learning the science. Building what’s next.
I’m a second-year BDS Dentistry student at the University of Bristol and co-founder of LEVL. I’m interested in how thoughtful technology can support better care without losing the human judgement at its centre.
Curiosity, grounded.
I care about the point where evidence, technology and human judgement meet.
I’m British-Lebanese, based in London and studying in Bristol. Speaking English, French and Arabic has shaped how I listen, communicate and connect with people from different backgrounds.
I’m ambitious about what technology can do, but equally interested in its limits. The standard I’m working towards is useful, evidence-led progress that remains honest, thoughtful and human.

Progress should still feel human.
I’m currently in my second year of BDS Dentistry at the University of Bristol, developing the scientific, technical and interpersonal foundations of patient care.
I’m particularly interested in how responsibly designed AI and digital tools might support—not replace—clinical judgement, clearer communication and more informed care.
My long-term ambition is to build a clinic grounded in evidence, empathy and responsibly evaluated technology.

I’m co-founding LEVL around a simple idea: training should feel meaningful without becoming dishonest or pay-to-win.
LEVL is a disciplined competitive training game in active beta development. It turns logged workouts into clear progress, competitive standing and a persistent Player identity.
My role spans product direction, feature decisions, hands-on testing and preparing the product for release.
